“ This is a review of not just their delicious pizza but also of their kindness. We were looking for a place to park our RV we live in full time because we were feeling feverish and tired and noticed that this building seemed to be under construction. It was 11 AM and for a pizza place we thought OK maybe they're not in business. We figured this would be a good place to quarantine ourselves until we could move to a better location... Well 4 o'clock rolled around and a nice young lady named Veronica knocked on our door. After gearing ourselves up with masks and gloves we explained why we were in the parking lot. She was so sweet and offered to bring us a pizza. We accepted the offer as we didn't have a lot of choice as to what to eat. Later on the very sweet Veronica brought us most delicious ham pineapple pizza we have had in years. I liked that they cut their pizza in squares instead of slices.. I didn't need to add a thing to into it. Highly recommend this place. The next day still feeling lethargic and with malaise we ordered the same pizza and added jalapenos. It hit the spot. It is a local establishment and the down home feel and decor represents that. If these complainers want modern style and unoriginal recipes, then they should stick to chains. “ While exploring on Kingston Pike, I saw Little Joe's Pizza on the corner and decided to stop there for dinner. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by the counter girl who told me I could sit wherever I choose. I sat in a booth to the right of the kitchen. My server was Jennifer and she came over right away to greet me and get my drink order. She came back with my drink and some bread sticks. They were hot and fresh and were absolutely amazing. I ordered a house made red sauce with them and it truly added to the extraordinary taste. On Mondays, they do a special where you buy a large specialty pizza and get a free small cheese or pepperoni pizza. I chose the large all meat pizza and it didn't disappoint! Being from Chicago, I'm very picky on my pizza, especially thin crust! The pizza was baked perfectly and had plenty of toppings on top. The flavor was very good and I enjoyed it very much. This will become one of my go-to local pizza joints going forward! I like supporting local/family owned businesses and I would rather eat here than at a chain restaurant. If you haven't tried here yet, do it now! You won't regret it! ”
“ Moved down from Chicago several years back. This is the closest I have come to the “ Tavern style pizza“ aka thin crust that I am used to, and that I had grown up on. Excellent crust. Excellent flavor with the sauce will definitely be back again and again. Staff is super friendly! ”
